Why are these people even gravitating to Eureka? I have discussed the crime issue with several people in the know. They say the poor on poor crime is horrible. How did Eureka ever get to this state of being?

Poor economy and ease to get public assistance some say is the reason for the poor gravitating to Eureka. Others might say it is because of the mild weather and lack of control.

Poor on poor crimes will get worse if ou economy does not change; and it will be noticed when there is not distinction about who the crime is against.
