The sole purpose of creating same-sex marriage is not to achieve equality, for laws have already been changed to do that, but to force other states to convert to the California redefinition. Proposition 8 is not about equality; it is about political maneuvering.

‘Eloquent Nude’ to be screened at the Morris Graves Museum

The Humboldt Arts Council will screen the award-winning documentary film “Eloquent Nude: The Love and Legacy of Edward Weston & Charis Wilson” today at 6:30 p.m. at the Morris Graves Museum of Art in Eureka. This special screening is made possible by the Pierson Building Center.
