Before you phone us or send an e-mail,
there are some initial steps you can follow
that will most likely help solve your problem.

Registration

I have not received an e-mail confirming my registration.
This is most likely due to your spam or junk mail filter being set very high and correspondence from eurekareporter.com is being blocked from your Inbox, your inbox is full, or you entered your email address incorrectly. Make sure your junk mail filter is not too sensitive and that your web server and your own email settings are not blocking messages from eurekareporter.com. If you do not receive your registration confirmation within 48 hours please contact us by email at ePaper@eurekareporter.com.

Requirements

The Eureka Reporter ePaper requires a modern Web browser and Adobe Flash Player.

Web browser: The ePaper is known to work with Internet Explorer 6.0 and up, Firefox 1.5 and up, and Safari 2.0 and up. If your browser does not meet these requirements, or you're not sure if they do, you can download the Mozilla Firefox Web browser for free.

Adobe Flash Player: For the ePaper to display properly, you must have Adobe Flash Player 9 installed. If you do not have this version installed, or are not sure, you can download it for free.

The following is a list of steps that might help get ePaper running right for you.

  1. Is your software supported by the ePaper?
To find out if your software is supported, see the requirements above.
  2. Clear your browser cache
If you do not know how to clear your browser cache, we suggest going to your Internet browser's help menu. Clearing cache is quite easy in modern browsers although the methods of doing so differ by what browser you are using.
  3. Do you have an ad blocker?
If so, you might need to enable Flash advertisements in its preferences.
  4. Try to view the ePaper in a different browser.
If you have another Web browser installed, try to use a different browser on your computer.
  5. Update your Web browser.
If you do not have the latest version of your Web browser, update it. Most Web browsers can be updated for free.
  6. Restart your computer.
Sometimes problems can arise that require your computer to be restarted, especially if you have installed a new Web browser or Flash Player.

If you have tried all of these above steps and are still having issues with the ePaper, please contact us by email at ePaper@eurekareporter.com.
